Key responsibilities

Similar responsibilities to Hirespace, but with a stronger architectural focus.

• Designing the overall system architecture, with a focus on scalability and AI-enabled workflows
• Architecting AI agent orchestration and data pipelines for the M&A toolsuite
• Managing workload & estimations for the dev team
• Feedback for product, business & design through weekly sessions
• Maintaining code quality, best practices, and development procedures
• CI/CD pipelines and build strategy
• Programming essential parts of the platform
