Within 2 years: finalised 3+ mobile apps that were launched on play store & app store. Handled over 30 client projects (E-Commerce, Web applications, Mobile apps, Websites) in a variety of technologies (AngularJS, Ruby on Rails, Swift, Wordpress)
Key role in planning to ensure personnel capacities, deadlines, and overall choice of stack and infrastructure.
Also responsible for all finance, HR, client communication, and marketing.

CTO & Cofounder

Developed the first MVP & launched a final version of our recommendation system for e-commerce, consisting of a Rails (RoR) backend, mixed with python libraries and a custom built JS library for the frontend.
Maintained and continuously developed the application in Ruby and also scaled the infrastructure to handle the traffic on the application.
Developed best practices in coding, creating documentation and handling client support.
Created a motivational work environment for the team - directly managed and hired a group of 7 developers.
We won 2th place in the Business Plan Berlin Brandenburg startup competition and several other awards and we were part of the EXIST funding program.
